• Fractional CMO and strategic marketing support

4. Client Engagements & Payment

• Any consulting or project engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement (e.g., proposal, service agreement, or statement of work).

• Payment terms will be outlined in each agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your business information. Any confidential information shared with Sentimental Marketing / Infinite Energy, LLC will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Third-Party Tools & Links
